Mostly we are so engrossed in our heads that life is like a blur. During these 3 days you learn to rewire your brain & realign your energy field; bringing you back to your breath which is the only phenomena that is happening right now.
How do we even lose focus? By staying stuck at a place in our mind. You learn to Focus with your whole body. Being Dully present.
Why are we even closed? Because we are feeling threatened or scared. We are always on guard. Learn to make peace with the fear which is a primitive and an important emotion. Learn to channel fear in your favour. Open up because if you won’t no one will do it for you.
True Self Love is loving all. The whole planet. Self Love was never a spa appointment, grilling sessions at the gym, shopping till your boot can’t carry any more bags, or guys time & girls time. I never understood what that even mean. Self Love is being so huge in your headspace & in your heart that you can accommodate anything at all without getting anything truly affect you. Self Love comes through detachment.
Why did you lose patience again? Expectations. Can you stop expecting if I told you so? No right? That is because expectations are deeply hammered into our lifestyle. Now i’m not talking about basic expectations here. Something deeper. If someone is ill witted we sure would expect ill things from them. When someone is gentle we expect gentler things from them. Which is fine. What is not fine is to hold onto our assumptions. People, situations and environment change, all the time. The only expectation one must keep is that of CHANGE. Always expect & also accept CHANGE.

Day 1 – 3
- Try your best to avoid your gadgets. Avoid Social Media consumption by all means.
- You may use your mobile to take pictures during your day trips but on airplane mode.
- Please do not bring laptops & tablets. We request you to 100% unplug & be with us these 3 days.
- Journal only when you are required to as per your program schedule.
- At any point should you find any discomfort please report to us immediately.
- We will share 1 number with you which you may share with your emergency contact back home. Where they can contact only should an emergency situation arises.
- Every time you use the bathroom or the washroom – ensure you leave it clean. We are here to experience an independent & mindful lifestyle. We expect & request all participants to clean up after. Leave no trash behind during travels & walks. Also, keep your room in order. Be mindful of how you pack & unpack.

The 18 day course took me through so many rollercoasters. I was able to tap into energy of my ancestors as well as clear those energy blocks as well. I not only welcomed my twins in Dec 2022 but also saw material gains for my whole family on mom’s side.

What is Meditation?
Everyone wants to get a slice of this word. Claim it to be a certain chore that makes them feel balanced. But every single time during my 1:1 conversation all claims fell loose because clearly had the world been truly meditating, life on our planet would have been much different.
The moment you feel you are doing something – is when you are not meditating.
Mindfulness in the lap of nature. The sound of your breathing, dry leaves getting crushed under your feet, tiny little grass & herbs getting squashed as you walk on them barefoot. You touch and communicate with trees, and realise how very active and vibrant they all are. Where do you think all the oxygen is coming from?
Recognise – What are your repressed aspects? Repression is Subconscious. You do not have much idea about the what and why, wherein your whole life is based on responding to your self-repression. Recognise your patterns and deepen your connection with yourself. Rebuild trust in yourself.
Realise – If you are realised, your life is sorted. Realise what? The ultimate nature of life itself. Anyone can realise it. But not many are willing to let go, to detach, to truly surrender. Surrounded by ifs & buts, life doesn’t stop for a reason or a logic. Why did an infant die of cancer? Is God testing her/his parents? Why did a woman get abused & killed? God is not fair. – I am going to sound super insensitive but that is how life is. It is morally incorrect. Unacceptable. But whenever we are faced with such situations, instead of an if or a but, we must act to the best of our individual ability. Take legal help if needed, since we live in a community. But ifs & buts are a sure-shot way of diverting from the real task at hand. A realised person knows how to take things the way it is, not through the lense of their personal stories; and act accordingly.
Release – Now that you know them somewhat, I say somewhat because this is a habit and need more practice and daily integration, you are now assisted, guided & facilitated with its complete release. Through meditation and breathwork.
Reclaim – If I told you that you can reclaim your whole life right now and you don’t even have to come to do this program, will you believe me? Please do, because it is possible. You reclaim yourself by focusing on your breathing & understanding the deeper essence & possibilities of your breath.
