your daily Schedule
Arrive in Manali on your own & reach your 1 day stay to acclimatize. The whole day is free for you to rest or tour Manali. Avoid alcohol and heavy food. Sleep by 9:30 pm.
9 am – Post Breakfast you will be picked up & dropped off at our Program location. On the way, you can stop for pictures. Our coordinators will show you a few local prominent attractions. Reach by 12 noon. Check-in & settle down.
Lunch is served at 1 pm.
2 pm – Meet for orientation.
2:30 pm – Program Starts
4:30 pm to 5 pm – Break
5 pm – 7:30 pm – Group Sessions
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Stories & get-togethers under a starry sky.
Meditation Attempt -2:30 hours +.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Group Session
8:30 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast & get ready for our half-day activities.
9:30 am – we leave for the nearby Monastery hike. 30 Min Meditation in the Monastery. On your way back, visit Gondhla fort a 500-year-old structure.
1 pm to 2 pm – Return, freshen up, lunch.
2 pm to 4:30 pm – Group Session.
4:30 pm to 5 pm – Break
5 pm – 7:30 pm – Group Sessions
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Stories & get-togethers under a starry sky.
Meditation Attempt -4:00 hours +.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.

2 pm – Leave for Manali. We will drop you back at Mall Road Manali.
Meditation Attempt -2:00 hours +.
Day 1 – 7
- Use phone post-lunch break. 1:30 to 2 pm. Try your best to avoid this as well. However, we leave this to your discretion. For the rest of the day please keep your phone off. Avoid Social Media consumption by all means.
- You may use your mobile to take pictures during your day trips but on airplane mode.
- Please do not bring laptops & tablets. If work is important don’t. join the program. This program is intended for a complete break & refresher for you. We request you to 100% unplug & be with us these 7 days.
- Journal only when you are required to as per your program schedule.
- At any point should you find any discomfort please report to us immediately.
- We will share 1 number with you which you may share with your emergency contact back home. Where they can contact only should an emergency situation arises.
- Every time you use the bathroom or the washroom – ensure you leave it clean. We are here to experience an independent & mindful lifestyle. We expect & request all participants to clean up after. Leave no trash behind during travels & hikes. Also, keep your room in order. Be mindful of how you pack & unpack.

What is Meditation?
Everyone wants to get a slice of this word. Claim it to be a certain chore that makes them feel balanced. But every single time during my 1:1 conversation all claims fell loose because clearly had the world been truly meditating, life on our planet would have been much different.
The moment you feel you are doing something – is when you are not meditating.
Mindfulness in the lap of nature. The sound of your breathing, dry leaves getting crushed under your feet, tiny little grass & herbs getting squashed as you walk on them barefoot. You touch and communicate with trees, and realise how very active and vibrant they all are. Where do you think all the oxygen is coming from?
We visit a local nunnery & a monastery.
A 500-year-old structure built by the local king.
We travel back & forth 120 Kms to visit 2 ancient temples, a river confluence & a prominent monastery.

Recognise – What are your repressed aspects? Repression is Subconscious. You do not have much idea about the what and why, wherein your whole life is based on responding to your self-repression. Recognise your patterns and deepen your connection with yourself. Rebuild trust in yourself.
Realise – If you are realised, your life is sorted. Realise what? The ultimate nature of life itself. Anyone can realise it. But not many are willing to let go, to detach, to truly surrender. Surrounded by ifs & buts, life doesn’t stop for a reason or a logic. Why did an infant die of cancer? Is God testing her/his parents? Why did a woman get abused & killed? God is not fair. – I am going to sound super insensitive but that is how life is. It is morally incorrect. Unacceptable. But whenever we are faced with such situations, instead of an if or a but, we must act to the best of our individual ability. Take legal help if needed, since we live in a community. But ifs & buts are a sure-shot way of diverting from the real task at hand. A realised person knows how to take things the way it is, not through the lense of their personal stories; and act accordingly.
Release – Now that you know them somewhat, I say somewhat because this is a habit and need more practice and daily integration, you are now assisted, guided & facilitated with its complete release. Through meditation and breathwork.
Reclaim – If I told you that you can reclaim your whole life right now and you don’t even have to come to do this program, will you believe me? Please do, because it is possible. You reclaim yourself by focusing on your breathing & understanding the deeper essence & possibilities of your breath.
We will hold daily Q&A sessions. You will get the opportunity to discuss your personal challenges & queries with Kamalika.

Do you even need this?
Do you mostly feel lost? In your career, personal life? Overall do you feel fulfilled by the end of each day? Don’t take it casually. It is possible to feel fulfilled. As per the natural protection mechanism of the body, in a state of alarm, it wont sleep. Even if it doses off it will be light sleep. No proper REST achieved. No HEALING done. We will learn basic sleep hygiene. Which is also a lifelong commitment to yourself, that you will then follow. Also encourage others at home to follow. This will ensure you live a life of authenticity, respect for the mind, body & spirit and your own personal service to the planet. A healed you is a healed planet through you.
