Mostly we are so engrossed in our heads that life is like a blur. During these 3 days you learn to rewire your brain & realign your energy field; bringing you back to your breath which is the only phenomena that is happening right now.
How do we even lose focus? By staying stuck at a place in our mind. You learn to Focus with your whole body. Being Dully present.
Why are we even closed? Because we are feeling threatened or scared. We are always on guard. Learn to make peace with the fear which is a primitive and an important emotion. Learn to channel fear in your favour. Open up because if you won’t no one will do it for you.
True Self Love is loving all. The whole planet. Self Love was never a spa appointment, grilling sessions at the gym, shopping till your boot can’t carry any more bags, or guys time & girls time. I never understood what that even mean. Self Love is being so huge in your headspace & in your heart that you can accommodate anything at all without getting anything truly affect you. Self Love comes through detachment.
Why did you lose patience again? Expectations. Can you stop expecting if I told you so? No right? That is because expectations are deeply hammered into our lifestyle. Now i’m not talking about basic expectations here. Something deeper. If someone is ill witted we sure would expect ill things from them. When someone is gentle we expect gentler things from them. Which is fine. What is not fine is to hold onto our assumptions. People, situations and environment change, all the time. The only expectation one must keep is that of CHANGE. Always expect & also accept CHANGE.

your daily Schedule
Arrive in Manali on your own & reach your 1 day stay to acclimatize. The whole day is free for you to rest or tour Manali. Avoid alcohol and heavy food. Sleep by 9:30 pm.
9 am – Post Breakfast you will be picked up & dropped off at our Program location. On the way, you can stop for pictures. Our coordinators will show you a few local prominent attractions. Reach by 12 noon. Check-in & settle down.
Lunch is served at 1 pm.
2 pm – Meet for orientation.
2:30 pm – Program Starts
4:30 pm to 5 pm – Break
5 pm – 7:30 pm – Group Sessions
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Stories & get-togethers under a starry sky.
Meditation Attempt -2:30 hours +.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Group Session
8:30 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast & get ready for the day.
9:30 am to 12:30 pm – Group Sessions.
1 pm to 2 pm – Lunch.
2 pm to 5:30 pm – We hike up to a meadow for our group sessions.
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm – Return & refreshments.
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Meditation by the Fire under an open sky.
Meditation Attempt -5:30 hours +.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Group Session
8:30 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast & get ready for our full-day activities.
9:30 am – we leave for our full-day tour.
Lunch & Refreshments are served via local restaurants.
6 pm – Return & rest
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Stories & get-togethers under a starry sky.
Meditation Attempt – 1 hour.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Group Session
8:30 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast & get ready for our half-day activities.
9:30 am – we leave for the nearby Monastery hike. 30 Min Meditation in the Monastery. On your way back, visit Gondhla fort a 500-year-old structure.
1 pm to 2 pm – Return, freshen up, lunch.
2 pm to 4:30 pm – Group Session.
4:30 pm to 5 pm – Break
5 pm – 7:30 pm – Group Sessions
8 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm to 10 pm – Stories & get-togethers under a starry sky.
Meditation Attempt -4:00 hours +.
7:15 am – Wake up & get ready for our empty stomach morning session.
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Group Session
8:30 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast & get ready for the day.
9:30 am to 12:30 pm – Group Sessions.
1 pm to 2 pm – Lunch.
2 pm – Leave for Manali. We will drop you back at Mall Road Manali.
Meditation Attempt -2:00 hours +.
Day 1 – 7
- Use phone post-lunch break. 1:30 to 2 pm. Try your best to avoid this as well. However, we leave this to your discretion. For the rest of the day please keep your phone off. Avoid Social Media consumption by all means.
- You may use your mobile to take pictures during your day trips but on airplane mode.
- Please do not bring laptops & tablets. If work is important don’t. join the program. This program is intended for a complete break & refresher for you. We request you to 100% unplug & be with us these 7 days.
- Journal only when you are required to as per your program schedule.
- At any point should you find any discomfort please report to us immediately.
- We will share 1 number with you which you may share with your emergency contact back home. Where they can contact only should an emergency situation arises.
- Every time you use the bathroom or the washroom – ensure you leave it clean. We are here to experience an independent & mindful lifestyle. We expect & request all participants to clean up after. Leave no trash behind during travels & hikes. Also, keep your room in order. Be mindful of how you pack & unpack.

Practical Mindfulness
Mindfulness is basically a state of being in the present moment. While you are here, in your mind you are either in the past or future. Lack of mindfulness causes further issues such as acute stress, anxiety, sleeping disorder, further leading to more physical and emotional challenges. While you are mindful, you have created a space between you and your emotions, allowing you to handle every difficult emotion with ease and grace. That is the power of mindfulness.
Village Walk & Farm Visit
I am sure you must have seen villages and farms, but not at this altitude and such harsh terrain. Lahaul used to remain disconnected from the rest of the world for 6 months untill 3rd October 2020. All the roads and constructions you will see around is pretty new. But when you meet with them you see peace, joy, grace and mindfulness. They are naturally resilient and aware. They dont have time for complexities. It is keeping life simple keep them going in such complex weather conditions.
Day Tours & Camping
Visiting 2 monasteries, and a major river confluence. We will take you day camping, where you may help us cook lunch for you, or you simply explore the river bed and grassland. All along we get ample opportunity to be meditative and mindful so we harness maximum positive vibes from this ancient landmass. Your biggest teacher is life itself.
Stories under a Starry night
Who wouldn’t want to listen to bedtime stories under a starry night with a cup of hot cocoa? Need I say more? And these are stories of real life. Passed down from generation to generation. Did you know language evolved through the process of grooming? Gossip was the inspiration to build relationships, basis our primitive survival instincts. Gossip thus is simply sharing information that will favour you. Going beyond gossip is growth. Is exploring uncharted territories.

What is Meditation?
Everyone wants to get a slice of this word. Claim it to be a certain chore that makes them feel balanced. But every single time during my 1:1 conversation all claims fell loose because clearly had the world been truly meditating, life on our planet would have been much different.
The moment you feel you are doing something – is when you are not meditating.
Mindfulness in the lap of nature. The sound of your breathing, dry leaves getting crushed under your feet, tiny little grass & herbs getting squashed as you walk on them barefoot. You touch and communicate with trees, and realise how very active and vibrant they all are. Where do you think all the oxygen is coming from?
We visit a local nunnery & a monastery.
A 500-year-old structure built by the local king.
We travel back & forth 120 Kms to visit 2 ancient temples, a river confluence & a prominent monastery.

Recognise – What are your repressed aspects? Repression is Subconscious. You do not have much idea about the what and why, wherein your whole life is based on responding to your self-repression. Recognise your patterns and deepen your connection with yourself. Rebuild trust in yourself.
Realise – If you are realised, your life is sorted. Realise what? The ultimate nature of life itself. Anyone can realise it. But not many are willing to let go, to detach, to truly surrender. Surrounded by ifs & buts, life doesn’t stop for a reason or a logic. Why did an infant die of cancer? Is God testing her/his parents? Why did a woman get abused & killed? God is not fair. – I am going to sound super insensitive but that is how life is. It is morally incorrect. Unacceptable. But whenever we are faced with such situations, instead of an if or a but, we must act to the best of our individual ability. Take legal help if needed, since we live in a community. But ifs & buts are a sure-shot way of diverting from the real task at hand. A realised person knows how to take things the way it is, not through the lense of their personal stories; and act accordingly.
Release – Now that you know them somewhat, I say somewhat because this is a habit and need more practice and daily integration, you are now assisted, guided & facilitated with its complete release. Through meditation and breathwork.
Reclaim – If I told you that you can reclaim your whole life right now and you don’t even have to come to do this program, will you believe me? Please do, because it is possible. You reclaim yourself by focusing on your breathing & understanding the deeper essence & possibilities of your breath.
